You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your DAVAS account and all associated personal data at any time. We take this right seriously and are committed to processing your request promptly and transparently.
How to Request Account Deletion

When sending your deletion request, please include the following details to help us verify your identity and process your request efficiently:
- Your registered email address or mobile number
- Your DAVAS application username
- A brief statement confirming that you wish to permanently delete your account
Upon receiving your verified request, we will process the deletion promptly.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Once your account deletion request is confirmed and processed, the following will occur:
- Your login credentials will be deactivated immediately and will no longer provide access to the DAVAS application.
- All personal data associated with your account — including your profile information, device configurations, historical data, dashboards, and preferences — will be permanently removed from our active systems.
- Any linked integrations or third-party connections associated with your account will be revoked.
- You will lose access to all services, features, and data associated with your DAVAS account.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported or backed up any data you wish to retain before submitting your deletion request.
Data Retention After Deletion
While we delete your personal data from our active systems promptly upon your request, some information may be retained temporarily in the following limited circumstances, as required by applicable law or legitimate business necessity:

Processing Time
